Anyone interested in viton(tm) rubber stopper?

As people might know, I work on a Ostwald reactor. For some parts, I'm in need to make a viton rubber coating. Viton is a brand trademarked by Dupon, a better term is fluoroelastomer. Fluoroelastoemr are rubber that contain around 66-70% fluorine . they are highly chemically resistant. However, the crude viton rubber (for casting and coating) is sold in 20-25kg package. The price per Kg is very high for this rubber, and I can't afford to make loss of such money. So I taught to make viton(tm) stopper, both to use the viton, and pay for the purchase. Depending on stopper size, price would be 1-7$ per stopper, 2$ being a standard price for a size 4-6 stopper.

It can even withstand 100% nitric acid, and fluorine for some time!

Thanks!
