Selling selenium

VITALY1234 - 22-3-2013 at 19:09

Selling selenium granular and powder, 65 USD/200 g. Its my first try to send something chemical via post, I don't know if they will accept this, I think selenium is most innocent chemical to start experiment with my postal service, to see if they accept this. I also have cobalt nitrate, cobalt sulfate, neodymium oxide, tin powder 99,99%, tin chloride, molybdenum disulfide, calcium granular, nickel acetate, mercury iodide, cadmium oxide, potassium bromide, barium fluoride. Everything lab quality except molybdenum disulfide is technical. Sorry for my poor English

Where are you located?

I'd be interested in the following:
Pr6O11 maybe up to half of your quantity
Cobalt sulfate maybe 100g
Half of that barium fluoride

Any other rare earths?

OK. 40g of Pr6O11 (I want to leave myself some Pr6O11 for experimenting)
150g CoSO4
300g BaF2

Everything For $45 or some gram less BaF2 or CoSO4 not to exceed 500gr packet

I live in EU. I looked at USPS "Publication 52 - Hazardous, Restricted, and Perishable Mail" BaF2 itself is not in list, but there is something like

Barium compounds, n.o.s. 6.1 UN1564 II Prohibited
Barium compounds, n.o.s. 6.1 UN1564 III Only ORM-D 6A 6A

... what means this "n.o.s"?

Anyone knows maybe there is some european equivalent of USPS PUB52? I have spent for weeks googling, but nothing found. From other side in ebay there is many chemical sellers who have sold thousands of prohibited items worldwide without problems, maybe the main thing is wrong label and interpretation for what purposes is this chemical.

For example this link gives wide range of interpretation

"n.o.s." is an abbreviation for "not otherwise specified".

I have NiAc *4H2O total 4kgs and BaF 1,2kg. My main concern is about post office. As I have heard from friends my national post is extreme bureaucratic and everyone must show whats in packet, some of stupidest employees dont accept even chocolate and internet calculator as thinking its C4 and remote control for it. Anyway I will try, if they dont accept I ll try DHL. With national post shipping cost about $8/0,5kg and $14/1kg to USA. On DHL site I cannot find cost calculator, but have heard its much more expensive .. maybe someone knows shipping prices with DHL from EU to USA?
