Golden Powder

I want to make Golden Powder, but I'm not sure if the vitamin C in the form of small tablets that are sold in pharmacies actually contain ascorbic acid in an amount sufficient ... anyone know?

if there is information I would not have asked in this forum
I just want to know how people can get ascorbic acid

Buy it 99.9 percent pure online, or get a supplement with an proper label.

Why did you not post this in the pre-exsiting and recent "Golden Powder" thread, troll?

tried ebay? look up your brand and it should say how much is in there.
Wiki says there is 25-1500mg ascorbic acid in supplements.
you should do a little more research before posting in the future

Usually vitamin C supplement is ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate. I just want to know what happened in your head yesterday, I don't understand. Please explain.
