I'm actually making a book about chemistry using very little labware and very common chemical. I made a short PDF to show the general idea of the book
and the chemicals included in the book at the time. The book when finished will be posted in the prepublication section as a PDF. The problem is that
I lack of inspiration for the compound to add to the book. All what I write in the book is tested by me and is generally a process that I made myself.
Note: The PDF at the moment is incomplete!
Thanks!

I think you should include some info about metals carbonates, nitrates, sulfates and chlorides,as the basics. For organic chemical maybe some of them
that had and interesting connection to our daily life, perhaps?
Why don't you include some info about zirconium/titanium metal or compound? You seem to know a lot about them.
And put some picture in it to make it interesting, you may also look in "pretty pictures" thread: http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=14644
I think our fellow member would not hesitate to allow you to use their pictures.
Anyway,good luck for your book!
