Need help: Corning model 12 ph research meter

Hey Noobie here and not sure where to put this one.
If the Mod wants to move this thread then by all means go for it. :)

I have a Corning model 12 if anyone knows anything or better yet has a manule (and scanner) I could use one.

Anyway I got this meter from a surplus sale. It doesn't want to settle down, nor calibrate. It reads water anywhere from 6 to 8.

Also I made up 2 sols of NaOH both 50mL. 1 in 1 M and the other is .1 M. They both read the same. 1 time it's a 14 and another they're 12.

Oh and the readings are never the same.
Please tell me it's not the probe.

Thanks for any help.

Erm, it's probably the probe.

If your model doesn't date back to the Stone Age, the supplier's website may provide downloadable manuals.
