Full of a wealth of information. I think it was the L-tryptophan from casein that I saw referenced somewhere in this forum.

Anyone knowledgable with this method? Is this a decent method? Says one can yield 7-8 grams of L-tryptophan from 600 grams casein. It sure does
require quite a few reagents. Is there a much simpler method? I'm not afraid of doing a big work up it's just I don't want my wallet/pocket book to
take such a big hit.
I've seen one supplier online that sells L-tryptophan but only in 1 gram quantities???? Any online suppliers sell this in bulk to residences?
