Another way is in place of matches use potassium chlorate in place of matches and dont add ammonia . Another method you can try to do electrolysis of potassium chloride with lead dioxide anode

There are several ways of making KClO4, none of them being particularly easy if you don't have the right equipment. As Fleaker suggested, please use the search engine and do some more research instead of asking to be spoonfed.
