i searched on google but couldn't find anything...
Couldn't find anything with Google? What a joke!
I searched with the words synthesis, urea and flask and got 909,000 hits, many of which on the first page looked like interesting syntheses, for
example the anticonvulsant dilantin.Megamarko94 - 29-4-2011 at 13:32
calm down.. i tought would get better ideas here.....trb456 - 29-4-2011 at 13:47
My bad, I thought that thread actually listed some uses regardless. Must have been hallucinating.
At least might send you in an interesting direction for further investigation.
As for how touchy people get about not UTFSE, I don't always get it either, but it's just the way things roll here. There is a lot of content, and I
can understand not wanting to have 12 copies of everything. But it is a bit rough on the newbies, IMHO (being a newbie!)turd - 29-4-2011 at 14:00

There are those who can't be bothered to answer a simple question but somehow motivate themselves to go out of their way to do a google search, check
the 'hit' count, and think of some clever things to say. Nice!
Anyway, hydrazine would probably be my first consideration. There are existing threads for hydrazine synthesis. You might also skim through some
patents for urea-based ammonia on demand generators. Just a though but don't trust every patent you come across. Some are phony.
Then there's always the intended use.... fertilizer!
