I had a very old titanium cathode which ive used for so many runs and it finally snapped.
So I tried using TiH2 as a substrate for DTO coating then PbO2 above the DTO and it seems this anode can run past 300ma/cm^2 without even the
slightest hint of corrosion as shown in the video below with timelapse longevity testing.

now how do you force/accelerate hydride embrittlement without waiting years for it to happen after many runs.
I am thinking strong NaOH and probably 500ma/cm^2.
