I found this Dry Column Vacuum Chromatography demonstration and it seems very straighforward.
It can separate compounds in up to 100 gram runs and are quite easy to preform with common lab glassware.
The only downside i see is that the silica gel 60Å, 0,015-0,040mm isnt so common and are a bit expensive if not bought in bigger amounts.
Anyone tried this method?
If so i would be intrested to hear your experiences.

Firstly no never tried it
If anyone uses columns for anything then this is definitely worth a look at.
The whole thing just seems so simple and uncomplicated.
I'd highly recommend checking it out
