Okay I added methylene blue to my urine bottle just in case if my mom asked wtf is this I can simply say it's a chemical and please do not approach
this bottle and this worked actually
But oddly enough the bottle turned yellow again and it's like a blue bottle reaction but without sodium hydroxide and glucose! I shaked the bottle and
the blue color appeared again!
Any thoughts? I'm urea it's not urea to nitrate oxidation cuz this happened quickly so sugars in urine oxidation? I think that's interesting

There could be various reducing agents adhering to the urine bottle. Or as you wrote glycosuria. Why didn't you use chem glass? Did you want to scary
your mom?

No but storing chemicals is easier to explain than storing urine and I used pet bottle

methylene blue is easily reduced and reoxidized by air. Classic blue bottle experiment with fructose. Urine contains a variety of sugars or possibly
drugs that would cause the effect.
Better question is why are you keeping your urine?
