do anyone know ot ot electraly plate fluoride?
it is best if it is for zirconium tetrafluoride and please dont say: make a electrolite of HF and ZrOCl2.

If you rephrase the question we just might know what it is you're asking?

it is possible to make alu fluoride or simmilar fluoride with electrolisis.

It would not be "electroplating", which generally means the formation of a layer of metal or more rarely of metallic compounds such as oxides on an electrode.

Use a graphite cathode, an aluminium anode, and an electrolyte of CuF2 or AgF. Pass current until all the Cu or Ag is gone from solution - use standard tests for those metals, then evaporate to get hydrated AlF3.
