extraction and detection of polyacetylene "requesting"

i hope anyone could help me in extraction and quantifying the polyacetylene in leaves of a plant tissue i did not finde any realiable method for extraction or quantification

there is a method in a book
"Phytochemical methods: a guide to modern techniques of plant analysis
By Jeffrey B. Harborne
but i did not have a copy of this book
i search net but no result

Starts in the mid 170's. It would appear that you did not search the net well enough as google books has a digital copy with the pages you require. ;)


And this paper should cover your quantification problem.
