I am designing as a hobby a fluorocarbon surfactant as a lubricant for snow skis and would like a little advice. After researching on the net and performing small scale tests I have determined that a fluorocarbon attached to an ethyl group works great however in my patent research I have found that using a disulfide bond between two of these molecules produces great results but I was wondering if you knew any type of functional group that could be used as a similar concept. Such that the structure would be R-(group)-R'
