Hi All,
I'm offering custom 3D printed parts of PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) for sale. PVDF is a fluoropolymer offering excellent chemical resistance up to
150C. Can be used with 1-12 pH and resistant to most chemicals, except acetone and other ketones. If you need anything custom made for your lab let
me know. You can either send me your CAD file or I can help design. The specific PVDF is Kynar 740 and I can provide more data on request.

Hi David, no this is the more common FDM process. Unlike PTFE, PVDF is melt processable so it can be used in conventional 3D printers. I'll post
some pictures of a couple demo pieces.

Max build size is 8.7" x 5.7"x5.7". I will preface that it's still experimental, it's a challenging plastic to print due to it's anti-friction
properties and high processing temperature. I can also print in ABS or PLA if anyone's just looking for some brackets, non-contacting parts, etc.
Those plastics are easy to print and I can turn those around quicker at cheaper pricing.
